Elizabeth River

The Elizabeth River is a 6-mile-long tidal estuary forming an arm of Hampton Roads harbor at the southern end of Chesapeake Bay in southeast Virginia in the United States. It is located along the southern side of the mouth of the James River, between the cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk.

Fishing Piers & Floating Deck

The Elizabeth Place community pier is an area perfect for life on the water, with fishing piers and a floating deck. There will also be racks available for canoes and kayaks.

Boat Dock

The community pier includes an East Coast e-drive gear boat lift with aluminum bunks, grooved cable winders, stainless steel cable, and an e-drive gear lift (there is also an option for auto-remote lifts).

Walking Trails

The community values an active outdoor lifestyle and fresh air. Residents will have access to environmentally-minded walking trails that run through the greenery and along the river. The trail also leads right into the other great features: the pier, gazebo, and dog park.

Bark Park

Elizabeth Place features a dog park for residents to provide off-leash exercise and interaction for their dogs––a charming area for daily strolls. The park is fully equipped with an enclosed dog play field, walking paths, a water station, seating, and environmentally friendly waste disposal.

Riverview Gazebo

A beautiful community gazebo faces the river, setting a relaxing and peaceful scene for residents to enjoy right outside of their homes. The gazebo also serves as a charming outdoor meeting place for guests.
